# Smart Contracts & Infrastructure

Liquidex is built on **industry-standard, auditable infrastructure**. Here is a high-level look at the technology powering the protocol — and the assurances it provides.

***

## Industry-standard vault architecture

Every index is a **ERC-4626 tokenized vault** — the leading standard for tokenized yield vaults in DeFi:

| Benefit | What it means for you |
| -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Standardized interface** | A widely-understood, proven contract pattern                      |
| **Proven accounting** | Battle-tested deposit, withdrawal, and share logic |
| **Ecosystem-ready** | Greater transparency & interoperability with the wider DeFi world |

***

## DeFi integrations

Liquidex connects to battle-tested DeFi primitives:

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Uniswap V3" %}
Executes all liquidity positions on the dominant DEX for tokenized-stock liquidity.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Chainlink Oracles" %}
Sources asset prices from secure, decentralized price feeds.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Uniswap TWAP" %}
Acts as a conversion guard to validate prices & prevent manipulation.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

{% hint style="info" %}
This combination delivers **accurate, manipulation-resistant pricing** for all protocol operations.
{% endhint %}

## Fully on-chain scoring & management

The **Liquidity Scoring Engine** runs **entirely on-chain** in smart contracts (`LiquidityScoring.sol`). This is a core transparency feature:

* **No hidden off-chain logic** — everything is verifiable
* **Transparent active range management** — executed and auditable on-chain
* **Deterministic allocation** — decentralized and open to inspection by anyone

{% hint style="success" %}
**Total transparency.** Every rebalance and allocation is on-chain, deterministic, and publicly verifiable.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.liquidex.sh/transparency-security/smart-contracts-and-infrastructure.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
